Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes, we only sell 100% authentic products that come directly from authorized retailers and brands.


What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, if there is a legitimate issue with your purchase, it may be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns that are caused by sizing issues, buyer's remorse etc.

Orders must be returned, double boxed with their original packaging and all accessories, etc when applicable and must not be worn/used.

There will be a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original price (not including shipping). There is no return for on sale and pre-owned items.

Upon receiving your return and inspecting your item, we will contact you and issue a refund.

We are located in Connecticut, but we are exclusively an online web store, and do not have a physical store front.


If I am from the area, can I pick up my order?

Sorry, but we do not offer physical pick ups as an option.


Do you double box your orders?

Yes, we double box all of our items to ensure that the integrity of your order come arrives to you in the same condition as it was in when it left us.

We will NEVER ship an item out in its own packaging with tape on it, or use a plastic bag.


Do you attach original store receipts with purchases?

Due to tax purposes, we keep all original purchase receipts.
